5 individually wrapped tea-cakes (Approx. 20g)

Produced in the Wuliang Mountains of Yunnan at high elevation, from tea trees over 150 years old, this aged shou pu-erh is a deeply earthy, rich tea with forest-like depth.

Each mini cake infuses quickly and can be re-brewed multiple times in a single teapot over the course of an afternoon of tea.

It also lends itself well to gongfu-style brewing, where short infusions and multiple pours allow the tea to be tasted gradually, much like wine, as its character unfolds. Rinse first to wake the leaves.
