3. Placing an order
By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use the payment method.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment is taken at the point of order via SumUp’s secure checkout.
If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you before dispatch.
5. Delivery
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch within the stated times, but delays outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather) may occur.
Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can assist.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items remain unopened and unused.
To cancel, please contact us with your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the goods are returned in their original packaging.
7. Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns of opened food items for safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.
8. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item in accordance with your statutory rights.
9. Liability
We take care to ensure product information is accurate. However, natural variations in colour, appearance, and flavour may occur.
We are not responsible for:
- delays caused by postal or courier services
- losses arising from your use of the website
- damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
